We hold regular meetings throughout most of the year and each one normally
features a professional guest speaker, raffle, trade table, and so on.

We like to hold a regular small competition at each meeting where we award a 'best flower'
and 'best vegetable' each month. The person who scores the most wins from these competitions
is awarded 'The Cole Cup' at the end of the year. Every July we also hold our annual flower
and produce show where members can win prizes and medals.

Each year we normally organise one evening visit, one day visit and one 4 day holiday,
all of which are centred around a gardening theme. Every May we hold our
annual plant sale where ten pounds can normally buy you a car full of plants.
